Get Started

To get started you will need the following:
  • DirectHME Dealer Agreement - Sign and mail two originals of this agreement to DirectHME, 2931 Kerry Forest Parkway, Suite 203, Tallahassee, FL 32309.
  • Set Up Fee and First Month Lease Fee
  • Domain Name
  • Control over domain name (Can approve digital certificate request and change DNS)
  • Merchant Account (PayPal Website Payments Pro, Authroize.net, or ability to manually charge a credit card)
  • Independence Medical Account Number for Web
  • Initial Overall Price Markup Percentage
  • Company Logo (JPG, GIF, or EPS Format)
  • Google Analytics Account Number
  • Site Content - About Us, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Privacy Policy, Contact Us page information, Billing, FAQ's
  • Homepage META Tags (Title Tags, Keywords and Description)

Once you have completed these items, please sign and mail the documents along with your initial payment to:

We must have these documents in-house before we can get started.



Initial Payments

$750 ($450 set up and $300 for first month)
Transaction Fee - $0.25 (twenty-five cent) USD charge per EDI transaction.

Work on your web site will begin once the set up fee, initial monthly fee, content, merchant account and payment gateway information has been received. When your site is completed, we will contact you to schedule a telephone training session, which should take about one hour.
